Key Responsibilities : Support HR Manager EMEA and manage HR projects. Administer HR system and recruitment for worldwide positions. Advertise job vacancies, conduct interviews, and facilitate inductions and training. Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and benefits administration. Address employee relations, leave of absence queries, and policy questions. Requirements : 3 years of HR experience, with HR qualification preferred. Knowledge of UK employment law.
