An opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Secretary based within University Hospital Hairmyres.
The Clinical Secretary provides comprehensive administrative support to a team of clinicians, enabling clinicians to operate effectively and efficiently and works in accordance with standard operating procedures.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Audio typing skills
2. SVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent knowledge) plus involvement in healthcare administration or in a secretarial role
3. Understanding of medical terminology
4. Evidence of effective team working and dealing with change
5. Evidence of strong communication skills with patients, clinicians and colleagues.
6. Excellent organisational skills
7. Evidence of strong competence with relevant IT systems
