The Role:
My leading trust client, based across a small handful of schools in Oxfordshire is seeking a dynamic and driven Cover Supervisor to join their team ASAP on a permanent basis and undertake general cover responsibilities across their secondary and primary schools. This role requires the delivery of lessons provided by the school cover managers or curriculum leaders and may include emergency cover for schools. The Cover Supervisor will also be responsible for taking the attendance register for any classes supervised
Whilst experience in similar roles is beneficial, this is also an excellent opportunity for graduates and aspiring teachers with minimal classroom experience to begin their career in education. The successful candidate will be eager to hit the ground running and take on an exciting and diverse range of responsibilities across multiple schools. Depending on the experience of the Cover Supervisor, they can expect a salary of £31,650 - £44,000 per annum.
