We are seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their compassionate and professional team. This is a hands-on, permanent role requiring someone with a strong work ethic, a caring disposition, and a passion for elderly care.
Registered General Nurse (RGN) Role:
As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to residents, ensuring their individual needs, wishes, and aspirations are met. You will also collaborate with healthcare professionals to personalise care plans, maintain accurate records, and promote a safe and supportive environment.
Registered General Nurse (RGN) Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents
Monitor, assess, and record residents' symptoms and changes in conditions
Maintain accurate reports and medical records
Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
Ensure a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all residents
Be a role model for staff and promote a positive, team-oriented workplace
What They Are Looking For:
Essential:
NMC Pin Holder with at least 6 months post-qualification experience or a recent graduate
Previous experience in a similar adult care environment
Passionate about working with the elderly and committed to delivering outstanding care
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and able to commute or relocate to GL54, Nr Bourton-on-the-Water (own transport required)
Desirable:
Previous experience in elderly care or a care home setting
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
