Become a trendsetter at M&S as a colleague in our brand-new concept clothing store and bring to life the latest fashion trends for our customers. We're looking for fashion enthusiasts who take pride in their taste and have a keen eye for helping customers find their fit.
You'll be responsible for guiding customers through their purchasing journey; you'll be expected to use your latest fashion trend knowledge to leave our customers feeling great about their purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Being digitally confident is essential. You'll utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App, to enhance both the customer experience and ensure they get the products they want when they need them.
2. Efficiency and effectiveness are key aspects of your role. You'll be a skilled operator, maintaining high standards in visual presentation consistently. You'll be ready to roll your sleeves up, work hard and go above and beyond every day.
3. Being a team player is crucial. You'll take responsibility for creating a great inclusive store environment, supporting and respecting your colleagues and our customers.
4. Flexibility is also vital. You should be confident to work effectively across multiple areas within the store and adapt to the changing demands of the retail environment seamlessly.

We have a number of shift patterns available to offer our candidates. These will be every Saturday and Sunday. Our early shifts are anywhere between 8am and 5pm while our later shifts run anywhere between 1pm and 9pm.
