What you’ll do: Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact. Identify and pursue new opportunities to offer additional value to clients. Work closely with technical experts to provide accurate quotes and recommendations. Keep everything organised by maintaining up-to-date records in the CRM system. Deliver excellent customer service by regularly checking in with clients and conducting quarterly business reviews. Take ownership of the sales process, from initial quote to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in a client-facing role such as sales or account management, demonstrating your ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth. Strong, practical knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft products, that enables you to understand and recommend solutions tailored to client needs. A genuine passion for the IT sector, staying informed about industry trends and advancements to provide informed advice and build credibility with clients. Confidence in engaging with business decision-makers, presenting solutions clearly, and addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and expertise. A proactive and organised approach to managing multiple accounts, ensuring that all tasks, follow-ups, and documentation are handled efficiently and accurately. A UK driving licence and access to a car, as you’ll need to meet clients at their locations and maintain a professional presence during face-to-face meetings.
