HR Advisor
Location: New Milton (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
Hours: 35 Hours a week - Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Our client is seeking a talented HR Advisor to join their dynamic HR team. As a key player, you will provide essential support to Senior HR Advisors across a range of HR and recruitment activities.
Main Responsibilities:
1. HR Advisory: Deliver expert HR advice on employment law, policies, and procedures, guiding line managers on complex issues like capability, disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee health.
2. HR Case Management: Take ownership of a dedicated caseload, acting as the first point of contact for employees and line managers.
3. HRIS Management: Maintain the integrity of the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, system optimisation, and efficient report generation.
4. Policy and Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR policies, processes, and practices.
5. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by providing timely, professional, and confidential support.
6. Absence Management: Effectively manage employee absence, providing guidance to line managers and collaborating with Occupational Health.
7. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment law and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
8. Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate insightful reports and analyse HR data to inform strategic decisions.
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
2. Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
7. CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
