Your Tasks
* Full range of line management responsibilities - (performance management, disciplinary etc.) for the 6 administrators in the Mid Merit Cluster to ensure the team continues to perform well.
* Stakeholder engagement, event management and support – Mid Merit sites are critical sites for RWE. Part of the role will be organizing and running events and liaising with visitors, some of whom are senior politicians and industry leading figures.
* Site documentation – Keeping technical documentation up to date and in an accurate manner.
* Site administration – You will manage the team responsible for all administration tasks and duties at site. A willingness to contribute to these tasks when necessary is vital.
* Be part of the Cluster management team – Attending management team meetings, contributing towards the future success of the Cluster.
Your profile
* Clear confident communicator who is effective at supporting our positive site working culture.
* Able to manage and promote safety and wellbeing for RWE employees in the Cluster.
* Ability to make sound business decisions and judgements within the scope of the role.
* Organised and efficient in delivery.
* Experience of supervising others' work, ideally disciplinary line management.
