NOC Engineer – Bradford (Hybrid Working)
Location: Bradford – Hybrid working 3 days office, 2 days home.
Salary: £27-30k + Bens + 10% Bonus + Overtime
Day shift coverage 7am-7pm Mon-Fri
Environment: IP Networking, Operations, ServiceNow, Fault Management, SLA’s, Escalations, IP, Cisco R&S, Networks, Wireless, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SDWan, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ISE, Wireshark, CCNA.
The role of Network Operations Engineer will encompass a range of key 1st and 2nd line networking duties, providing support to customers' networking issues. You will act as the prime customer contact point for all queries, including fault management, escalations, and planned maintenance on a large scale multi-site Enterprise Network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Your day will consist of fault management primarily, as well as general support for various in-house, market-leading business-led communications products. You will be 100% focused on delivering excellent service using strong technical and diagnostic skills.
2. Dealing with customer networking issues and working to find networking fault resolutions.
3. Work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
4. Learn about our products and solutions to provide great customer experiences.

3. Can bring excellent 1st/2nd line Networking Skills, and Networking Service handling & CRM systems such as ServiceNow.
4. Have a working knowledge with routing and switching technologies.
5. Have experience with technology vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto.
6. Have a friendly and welcoming personality, able to adapt to differing customer groups with ease, taking pride in providing a first-class customer experience at all times.
7. Have a good technical understanding and a logical approach to resolving diagnostic issues.
8. Ideally, you’ll have experience of providing technical customer support for Data technologies in a NOC, Technical Service Desk, or IP/Networking Support Environment.
