My client is a globally recognized, market-leading Tier 1 M&E contractor with extensive experience delivering high-profile projects across the UK and Europe. They specialize in a wide range of sectors, including major commercial, healthcare, and mission-critical developments.
They are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the pre-construction and delivery of a large-scale new build commercial project which consists of offices and Labs located in central London worth £20mil M&E. This project is set to begin on-site in April 2025, with completion scheduled for April 2027.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Oversee mechanical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
2. Manage on-site mechanical works, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
3. Lead and coordinate mechanical teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project execution.
4. Review mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
5. Ensure all mechanical installations meet industry standards, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.
6. Coordinate the procurement of mechanical equipment and materials, ensuring timely delivery to meet project schedules.
7. Liaise with clients, consultants, and other construction teams to ensure effective collaboration and problem resolution.
8. Identify and mitigate risks associated with mechanical installations, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.
9. Provide regular project updates, including reporting on progress, budget, and any potential delays or issues.
10. Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems, ensuring they operate as designed before project completion.
