We’re looking for a GeneralManager who’s ready to take the next step in their career, and someone with agenuine passion for fine dining and five-star hospitality. As General Manager, your focuswill be on continuing to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining ourreputation for fine food, heartfelt service, and beautiful surroundings. You’llalso have the opportunity to make your commercial mark – from weddings toevents, and F&B to occupancy – supported by a strong team and centralsupport functions.
Withthe hotel fully operational 5 days out of 7 days each week, it’s one of those rare roles inhospitality where quality of life and career ambition can genuinely go hand inhand.
What you’ll need
1. Proven recent experience as General/Hotel Manager or you could be a DGM with significant experience within a red star luxury hotel environment, to 3 AA Rosette food standards.
2. Financially astute with a keen eye for numbers, you will be driven by the desire to maximise sales and profitability, delivering this through creative sales and marketing activity. Whilst this may be a developing skill, it’s a key one to drive our commercial success
· Peopleare our biggest asset and so you will be a natural motivator demonstratingexceptional leadership skills, with proven results at recognising anddeveloping talent to retain your team. Like most hospitality business’ intoday’s market, we are focused on creating a modern workplace and culture thatlends itself to great people retention and a reputation for being a leadingemployer in the local area.
· A commercial mindset with the ability to spotand unlock revenue opportunities
· Youwill be highly credible with the ability to develop relationships across alllevels of the business, using this to influence business success and to work incollaboration with our support office.

4. Experience within a strong weddings environment would be an advantage.
