We’re now on the lookout for a Senior Account Director to join our high-performing healthcare practice. This is a rare opportunity to lead integrated campaigns for some of the most exciting names in pharma, biotech and health-tech. If you’re a strategic thinker, a natural client leader and passionate about meaningful communications, this role is for you.
The Role
As Senior Account Director, you’ll:
1. Lead integrated communications programmes across product launches, reputation, disease awareness and more.
2. Serve as a senior point of contact for top-tier clients, offering trusted counsel and building long-term partnerships.
3. Craft and execute strategies that span media relations, digital, influencer, patient advocacy, KOL engagement and thought leadership.
4. Manage campaign delivery, timelines and budgets — with excellence.
5. Inspire and develop a talented team, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment.
6. Stay ahead of healthcare regulations (EFPIA, ABPI, FDA etc.), ensuring every output is compliant and credible.
7. Drive new business opportunities and help shape the future of our growing healthcare offer.
About You
You’re an experienced healthcare communications professional with:
8. Strong agency experience in pharmaceutical and/or health-tech communications.
9. Proven experience on multi-channel, multi-stakeholder campaigns.
10. Excellent client handling and an ability to distil complexity into compelling narratives.
11. A collaborative mindset, with a track record of mentoring and inspiring teams.
