About the Role
As part of our HR Interim & Recruitment team, you’ll play a pivotal role in both finding top-tier HR talent for our clients and helping to grow our own fantastic team. We work with a diverse range of businesses – from ambitious start-ups to global organisations – so every day is different.
This is a multi-focused role which will see you:
1. Recruit top HR talent for our clients across the UK.
2. Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Grow our revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to a diverse client base, working with everyone from founders of high-growth start-ups to HR leaders in multinational corporations.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who’s passionate about recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. Ideally you’ll have:
* Significant recruitment experience (either in-house or agency)
* Strong business development skills – you know how to win and retain clients
* Proven sourcing expertise – you’re a LinkedIn Recruiter pro and confident using multiple recruitment platforms
* The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet targets
* A consultative approach – you understand that great recruitment is about more than just filling roles
* A team-first mindset – you’ll collaborate, share knowledge, and help us all succeed
* A self-motivated, tenacious attitude – you’re driven to deliver results and won’t settle for “good enough”
* Creativity and problem-solving skills – you think outside the box to find solutions
