Role Overview: Our client school are seeking a qualified Early Years Teacher to join their friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis, for 3 days per week, starting in April 2025. As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education to children, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development in a warm and enriching environment. Key Responsibilities-Early Years Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote children’s development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Observe and assess children’s progress, identifying their needs and providing targeted support to ensure every child reaches their full potential. Work closely with colleagues and parents to build positive relationships and provide regular updates on children’s progress. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel valued and motivated to learn. Ensure compliance with all relevant safeguarding and health and safety guidelines. Requirements-Early Years Teacher: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification (Essential). Experience of teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or a similar setting. Passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of early childhood development. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain strong relationships with parents and colleagues. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
