Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, and maintain relationships. You will learn to understand cost control, interpret branch P&L statements, and deliver exceptional customer service.
You will be trained in effective communication, influence, sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management. These skills will enable you to market to local businesses, build relationships, and eventually manage and develop your own team, with opportunities for promotion and pay increases.
Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be considered as an alternative.
* You must hold a full manual UK or EU driving license; accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities who cannot drive.
* No recent drug or alcohol-related offences on your driving record are permitted.
