Role: Application Support Lead (Business Central)
Location: Slough / Hybrid
Salary: £60,000 + (DOE)
I’m looking for an experienced Application Support Lead (Business Central)
to join a great business based in Slough.
Responsibilities: Application Support Lead (Business Central)
•Support the business in managing and maintaining the Microsoft Business Central ERP system and the integrated solutions.
•Monitoring the Helpdesk system for all ERP related tickets, filtering and directing all incident support requests and escalating when required.
•Working closely with the 3rd parties to build relationships and deliver changes and resolutions as needed.
•Responsible for all new change, upgrades, and for general support including maintaining support documentation.
•Provide application support for all BC modules on a day-to-day basis.
•Undertake active monitoring of platforms and the ticketing system.
•Update tickets to ensure that users are informed of progress.
•Manage 3rd parties and ensure that there is clarity to performance on the solutions and the partners.
•Manage user issues, through to completion.
•Update documentation / knowledge base.
•Assist with training and onboarding for new users.
•Lead on all new change projects.
Skills:
•Demonstrable experience using Microsoft Business Central
•Demonstrable experience delivering new changes.
•Background in ERP support using Navision, AX or similar.
•Helpdesk / Desktop Support / Application Support experience required.
•Advanced user of MS Office skills, Excel.
•Retail POS and Supply Chain experience is advantageous
•Experience managing business partners and SLAs
•Ability to write detailed instructions / documentation.
•People management.
•Enthusiastic and keen to learn new software and technology
