An exciting opportunity hasarisen for an experienced HR professional to step up as an HR Managerin a leading manufacturing business focused on building products.
Role Overview:
The HRManager will serve as the right-hand person to the HR Director,handling a variety of HR functions. This is a hands-on role thatinvolves ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes across thesite.
* Managing employee relations and providing guidanceto managers and staff.
* Assisting in the development andimplementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Day to daymanagement of the HR team, coordinating and delivering trainingprograms to support employee development.
* Ensuring compliancewith employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Proven experience in a Senior HR role with somemanagement/direct report responsibility, preferably within themanufacturing sector.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment lawsand regulations.
* CIPD Level 5 Is preferred but not mandatory.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
