The School and Role
Working in this primary school as part of a reliable team, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working on a small group basis with pupils with SEND. It is key for our teaching assistant have passion within this field for our students to receive the best possible support during their time with us. As a member of our team, you will need a strong ambition to help our pupils further their growth academically and personally.
Requirements
The desired Teaching Assistant will have;
1. Experience of working with primary school aged children
2. Experience of working with pupils with SEND
3. A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
4. An ability to work as part of a team.
5. Able to provide a safe environment.
6. Create a positive and healthy environment for the children with an array of activities.
7. Communicate efficiently with parents and carers, providing regular updates on student progress and achievement.
