Your new company My client are a leading supplier of products to DIY Markets. With extensive facilities at their site in West Sussex, they boast R&D and Manufacturing capabilities, creating products for an expanding European market, with products sold B2B and B2C, through both traditional retail and ecommerce. Due to the expansion of the Marketing & Design team, we are seeking a Graphic Designer to join the team on a full-time basis. Please note, this is a fully office-based role, expecting 5 days on-site at their Horsham office. Your new role As Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in producing a wide range of materials for both print and digital media, ensuring that all designs align with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives. You will be proactive in identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions while also seeking opportunities to enhance your skills through the company’s commitment to supporting professional development. You will: Create and design materials for print and digital media, including brochures, posters, packaging design and social media graphics Develop visual concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines Work with the marketing, content and product teams to deliver cohesive visual content Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy and quality before final production What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
