Our client is seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and help elevate our brand presence on Amazon and TikTok.
As the Assistant Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the digital marketing team in executing online marketing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement on Amazon and TikTok. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, contributing to campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
The individual will need to have at least 2 years experience and showcase a passion about all things ecommerce. The person will be based in London and be up to date on all of the latest digital trends. The role will involve working very closely with the marketing team across - PR, Social Media and Design. The candidate will also be working alongside other departments to ensure campaigns align with the overall marketing goal, help the brand grow, drive sales and meet business targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all digital aspects of the business - including DTC and TikTok Shop.
2. Set KPIs and regular review of sales performance.
3. Explore additional revenue streams.
4. Work closely with in-house teams and provide support where necessary.
5. Provide reports and analysis to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI).
6. Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, development of blogs and forums.
7. Communicate with affiliate networks and affiliate partners.
8. Contribute to company and industry blogs and manage e-communications.
9. Develop and integrate content marketing strategies.
10. Keep up to date with current digital trends.
11. Manage the contact database and assist with lead-generation activities.
12. Oversee and manage TikTok shop - Managing promotions/ campaign participation, Managing TikTok affiliates, attend events, allocating stock for campaigns, responding to customer enquiries, creating promotions/ flash deals for creators.
13. Develop and execute email marketing to grow our DTC business - plan and implement campaigns, manage subscriber databases, create engaging newsletters, and analyse campaign performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
3. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and TikTok marketing tools.
4. Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Creative mindset with an understanding of current trends in digital marketing and e-commerce.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary £28k + Commission and benefits.
