What You’ll Do:
* Manage Purchasing Order Processing (POP), ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain.
* Oversee Sales Order Processing, guaranteeing accurate and efficient order fulfilment.
* Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure operational excellence.
* Coordinate the shipping of orders, including finished products and returns.
* Support the Manufacturing team with crucial administrative tasks.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience in a purchasing or sales order processing role.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
* Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
* Organised, resourceful, and detail-focused.
* Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* GCSE or equivalent qualification preferred.
What We Offer:
* Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 (based on experience)
* Permanent full-time position: 37.5 hours per week, based at our Milton Park, Abingdon office.
* Generous holiday: 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.
