The Role
To provide a comprehensive sales & programme support function for the SKODA RBDE Team and their Retailer Network LBDMs. Delivering several programme specific support services which form part of the client’s Retailer SME Business Programme.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborating with SKODA Retailer LBDM network to ensure timely completion of order processing Agreement Processing.
• Ensure sales activity is updated in CRM, inputting sales data from various systems into a shared SAGE CRM system and managing the processing of LBDM terms requests
• Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, facilitating communication and ensuring requirements are met.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights to enhance sales strategies.
• Client Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and manage relationships to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty levels.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in sales procedures to streamline operations and improve outcomes.
• Documentation Management: Oversee documentation processes to ensure compliance and efficiency in contract management.
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Support Executive RBDE
• Organisational Skills: Strong capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail. Be self-motivated people with a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis with the ability to interpret and utilise data for strategic decision-making.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrable experience in identifying issues and developing effective, practical solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent working knowledge of MS Office packages and CRM ie. SAGE and Salesforce and sales analytics tools are highly desirable.
• Good communication: You should be comfortable interacting with a range of people in client and customer businesses (phone and email).
• Strong IT skills: Proven experience of using CRM SAGE & Salesforce/database systems is advantageous, as is proficiency in MS Office, Excel.
