They are currently seeking a Conveyancer Solicitor to join their team!
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide high quality legal advice and support services to clients in the residential conveyancing process.
* Assist with file setup, searches, contract drafting, enquiries, statements, SDLT applications, Land Registry forms, and liaising with clients and third parties, plus file closure and archiving.
* Perform all usual tasks relating to the residential conveyancing process.
* To be the main point of contact for clients in the absence of the Head of Department.
Key Criteria:
* A good level of education and proven qualification as a qualified solicitor.
* Between 1 and 3 years post-qualified experience.
* Proven record of meeting income targets.
* Have an in-depth understanding of the conveyancing process.
* Self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
