As our support coordinator, youll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have complex needs to develop their skills to live more independently in the community.Youll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations. Amazing we know Typical day as a Support Coordinator Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our small team of Support Workers working to the plans. You will provide person centred support to our customers who experience a range of different needs including mental health, drug/alcohol addiction and offending. Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies. Youll help them with daily activities as well as housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account. Where there is a need, youll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court. Getting rooms ready for the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, youll turn around vacant or void rooms within set timescales. Youll ensure we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met. This also involves carrying out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews.
