Job description – Global eCommerce Manager
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for specialization in audio technology or electronics.
* Proven experience and a deep understanding of Shopify, Amazon, and regional eCommerce platforms (AliExpress, Lazada, etc.). in eCommerce, ideally within the audio or electronics sector.
* Experience on Mercado Libre, AliExpress and Shopee are desirable.
* Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Business Reports, and Shopify dashboards.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization.
* Strong commercial sense and proven ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Management
* Develop and execute a global eCommerce strategy across all platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, AliExpress, Lazada, and other regional shop fronts.
* Align online sales strategy with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and company-wide goals.
Marketplace Management
* Oversee global marketplace operations including Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central), AliExpress, Lazada, JD.com, and others.
* Ensure consistent branding, competitive pricing, and high-quality content across all shop fronts.
Website and Product Presentation:
* Manage the online product catalogue, ensuring all audio products are presented attractively with clear, detailed descriptions and high-quality imagery.
* Optimize the website for audio-related searches and ensure product specifications and comparisons are easy to access and understand.
Digital Operations & Optimisation
* Manage SEO/SEM strategies in collaboration with internal and external teams.
* Work with fulfilment and operations teams to manage logistics, delivery, and international stock availability.
* Resolve customer journey issues and ensure excellent post-purchase experience.
Sales & Performance Growth
* Drive global online revenue through performance marketing, product optimisation, promotions, and seamless customer journeys.
* Analyse data and KPIs to improve conversion rates, grow average order value (AOV), and reduce cart abandonment.
Customer Experience and Education:
* Ensure the website offers extensive resources for customers to learn about audio technology, including guides, blogs, and comparison tools.
* Develop a community section for audiophiles to share reviews, setups, and recommendations.
Digital Marketing for Audio Products:
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on audio products, utilizing SEO, email marketing, social media, and partnerships with audio influencers and forums, with the support of the marketing team.
* Managing strong relationships with the Comms team to monitor and engage in relevant online communities and forums to promote products and gather customer insights.
Inventory Management:
* Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure availability of high-demand and niche audio products.
* Understand the specifics of shipping and handling delicate audio equipment and ensure customers receive products in perfect condition.
Team Development and Leadership:
* Build and lead a team passionate about audio and knowledgeable about the latest trends and technology.
* Encourage continuous learning and staying ahead of industry developments in audio technology.
Collaboration & Communication
* Work cross-functionally with global marketing, customer service, design, and regional sales managers.
* Partner with regional distributors to support localised campaigns and market-specific goals.

Role Overview
As the eCommerce Manager in our esteemed tech company, you will take the helm in steering the online sales and digital presence of our extensive array of audio and silent power products. Your primary focus will be to devise and implement strategies that significantly enhance the customer experience, amplify online sales, and seamlessly meld the digital platform with our broader sales and marketing objectives. This is an opportunity for you to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of audio retail and contributing to the continued success of iFi.
The successful shortlisted candidates will be asked for a Character reference and a previous employer reference. It is likely that there will also be a task.
