We are looking to strengthen the team at Thomas Gray by hiring a dynamic and motivated individual to join the business as a Recruitment Administrator.
You will report to our Business Manager where your main responsibilities will be mainly phone based providing support to the wider team in providing leads, promoting opportunities and managing our CRM system.
Within the first three months, you will be guided by different mentors to develop your knowledge of functions and companies within the Construction and Housebuilding sectors.
This role will provide tangible earning potential and career development within a stable and long-term employer.
Your success will be largely dependent on your ability to communicate effectively over the phone, be a team player, have a curious nature, bring a positive personality and drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Mapping, identifying, and assessing talent gathering valuable market research
Assist in the delivery of interim, permanent and search assignments
Working with designated Consultant and Directors to develop and sustain client and candidate relationships with the purpose of generating sales
Assist in candidate identification, initial approach, and pre-screening
CV preparation and CRM management
Creating job adverts and deciding the criteria required for a role
Advising clients on candidate selection - getting the best for both parties
Preparing candidates for upcoming interviews and organising meetings
Identifying potential new clients to create more business
