Job Description Air Logistics Planner with Stork:
Do you want to work in a dynamic working environment in offshore logistics? We are recruiting an Air Logistics Planner for our Helicopter Operation in the Southern North Sea. Offshore is a changing environment that requires flexibility and changing ways of working where logistics plays an important role. Within the Air operations team we have the responsibility to transport people and materials safely, effectively and efficiently to and from our offshore installations. Air transport is subject to strict external internal regulations to ensure safety.
Tasks and Responsibilities as Air Logistics Advisor:
* Coordinating the (daily) flight schedule for personnel travelling to offshore installations.
* Ensure fully optimized flight schedules are created and maintained in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Booking of people on helicopter flights.
* Attending planning meetings.
* Establish passenger compliance with relevant company and industry requirements through Vantage POB.
* Support to monitor Key Performance Indicators for Air Logistics.
* Close stakeholder engagement (e.g. activity planners, offshore Radio Operators, contracting companies).
* Potentially participate in an out of hours duty roster.
Logistics dimension:
* A minimum of one helicopter on a fixed contract.
* Several Ad Hoc providers.
Offshore dimensions:
* Two manned offshore installations.
* Multiple unmanned installations.
* Walk 2 Work vessel.
* Barges and rigs.

Specific Requirements for the Air Logistics Advisor:
Experience and Skills:
* Knowledge of offshore logistics.
* Work experience in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in logistics.
* Responsible person.
* Flexibility.
* Able to deal with changes.
* Working together in a team and beyond.
* Preferably knowledge of Vantage POB.
* Able to remain calm to react efficiently and communicate clearly in stressful situations, such as those caused by flights delays and backlogs.
* Be prepared to work unsocial hours to meet operational demand.
