Sales and Lettings Administrator We are looking for a part time Administrator to work with our local office. We are a small and professional estate agency who prides itself on customer service. As a Sales and Lettings Administrator you will have a proven track record in achieving targets and deadlines and will have a proactive approach. We are a small team and work with local contractors and have a great relationship with our vendor and landlords. We are looking for someone with computer experience and a great customer service manner and someone looking for a new challenge, we are happy to be flexible about hours and days and work around school term times if necessary. Key Responsibilities: Dealing with all enquiries regarding property purchasing, selling and lettings Organise move in dates, and help with tenancy agreement and renewals. Liaising with both tenants, landlords, buyers and vendors. Answering the phone and book in valuations, viewings and inspections. Helping to advertise properties for sale and for let. Follow check out procedures and conduct efficient checkouts Complete works orders, authorise the works and follow through to completion.
