Premier Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well established and international organisation in Dartford to recruit a Manager of Office Administration and Executive PA to join their team. This is an exciting, full-time 12 month contract role.
Job:
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth efficient operation of the administrative duties and processes across office operations. The role is expected to inspire continuous improvement and elimination of waste across office functions. The role also includes leadership of the administration support and customer communications and internal messaging to promote employee engagement. The role also provides direct assistance to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
To manage the efficient provision of administrative support to the functions in main office and in particular the MD and his RLT based in Dartford.
Preparation and execution of customer communications as agreed with the Regional Market Development Director, and in collaboration with regional business development. Creation and management of employee engagement communications through the company employee APP. Main duties:
Support hybrid working model in office and identify opportunities or improvement in the environment or use of the space available. Liaise with Facilities team to enable this goal.
