Position Overview
The Development and Alumni team at the University of Central Lancashire is recruiting for a new Trusts and Foundations Manager to fulfil a key element of our ambitious fundraising aspirations. The funds raised will enable new transformative projects across a range of university subject areas and significantly contribute to our philanthropic income.
Responsibilities
1. Develop high-quality funding proposals.
2. Manage strategic relationships with a portfolio of trusts and foundations.
3. Secure major (£100,000+) gifts from regional, national, and international philanthropic funders.
4. Co-create and lead the income stream strategy.
Qualifications
Applicants will need to be educated to degree level, or equivalent work experience, along with proven experience of securing significant income from trusts and foundations, ideally within higher education, research, or the non-profit sector.
