When it comes to our AURA Spa and ensuring our guests have a relaxing, therapeutic experience, our Spa Therapists (ST) are the ones in the know. They are incredibly knowledgeable and tuned in to our guests' needs, ensuring our guests' spa experience is at the standard for which we are known.
Throughout the day, they can be found tidying their treatment room, restocking products, and preparing for their next guest. From the minute our guests arrive, they are met by our Therapists, ensuring their Spa experience gets off to a great start, settling them into the treatment room, and explaining everything in relation to their chosen treatment, as well as carrying out their consultation and aftercare for treatments and suggesting products for our guests to purchase to enhance their experience.
As our Spa Therapist, you have an HND in Beauty Therapy and are continually looking for further training and development. You might have already worked with our product houses OPI and ESPA, but we are also happy to offer training; however, ideally, you have experience of Spa treatments and products, health and safety training, and an up-to-date knowledge of current legislation.
Your organizational skills are easily demonstrated, and you are able to multi-task at a moment's notice.
We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
