Yorebridge House, located in Bainbridge in the heart of Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales, offers luxurious boutique bedrooms with fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. The Victorian grade 2 listed building was once a Headmaster's House and School, now transformed into a luxury hotel with stunning views and personalized service. The hotel's head chef, Dan Shotton, brings culinary skills and creativity to the 3AA rosette menus, showcasing local produce in seasonal dishes.
The all induction kitchen is a cool and up to date environment to work in with views of the Yorkshire Dales from the french doors.
The restaurant seats a maximum of 30 covers, offering a 4,4,4 a la carte and a six course tasting menu. We're open Monday-Saturday 6-8.30pm and Sunday 12-4pm.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie at Yorebridge House in Bainbridge. CDPs are responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and menu planning under the guidance of the head chef & sous chef. The role involves maintaining high standards of food quality, kitchen cleanliness, and adherence to safety guidelines.
