**About the Role**
As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. It is essential to maintain a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents.
**Your Qualifications and Skills**
To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will also need to demonstrate specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are seeking individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents. Ongoing training opportunities will enable you to develop your career, with many Senior Care Assistants progressing into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
