We are partnering with a green energy company, hiring a Senior Bid Coordinator.
This is a key role in the Bid Team, to:
* Develop and execute bid strategies in line with the Business Plan, Vision and Core Values.
* To support the wider Bid team in the tender process, and liaising with internal delivery teams (Projects and Operations) to develop successful tenders.
* Compile marketing material such as Case Studies
Key Responsibilities
* Co-ordinate the production of technical, commercial, financial, and operational content for submissions.
* Review and re-draft bid content (as appropriate) to ensure consistent alignment, language, format, and approach are taken when multiple parties have supplied to the content.
* Handle multiple requests at a time with competing deadlines.
* Lead the transition of successful awards into delivery, working closely with the Commercial, Finance and respective delivery team(s).
* Managing and compiling the Bid Library.

* Working with internal delivery teams to deliver bids and proposals on time.
* Collaborating with sales teams to develop opportunities and engage proactively with customers and their procurement teams.
* Building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.
* Strong administrative acumen.
* Confident in their approach to colleagues and customers.
