Job Title: Registered Manager - Home Care - NEW BRANCH (Elderly Care)
Location: Norwich
Compass Associates are partnering with a leading UK homecare provider to recruit a Registered Manager to oversee a NEW branch based in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance: Ensure adherence to CQC standards and regulations.
2. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and support care staff.
3. Care Planning: Develop and review personalized care plans.
4. Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve care quality.
5. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. Client & Family Liaison: Address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
7. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to clients.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate care records.
9. Training & Development: Support ongoing staff training.
10. Business Development: Build clientele and expand the team.
11. Safeguarding: Protect vulnerable clients through effective policies.
12. Audit & Reporting: Conduct audits and submit reports to regulators.
Requirements:
1. Experience working as a manager within a domiciliary care setting.
2. Has a proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
3. Is experienced in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
4. Has or is working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
5. Has the ability to build fantastic working relationships.
6. Has strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
7. Has the drive and motivation to develop our care services.
8. Has strong organisation and planning skills.
9. Is flexible to meet the demands of the business.
10. Is familiar with working in a startup/new business.
