As a Care Advocate, the postholder will provide direct, individualised care to service users, promoting a caring environment for through high standards of professional practice that will be conducive to the needs of the individuals, their carers and families. The postholder will ensure that each service user receives care appropriate to their individual needs and implement and exceed the requirements of the standards agreed, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practices and company Policies and Procedures.
