To keep up with demand and ensure future growth, they are looking to bring in an Electronics NPI Engineer to investigate statistical yield data, create improvements for manufacturing yield, and implement solutions.
This is a varied role where you will work collaboratively with design, test, and supply teams to identify data trends and areas requiring attention, then write reports and recommend and develop corrective actions.
The role:
1. Perform statistical analysis and generate detailed reports to identify data trends and areas requiring attention to address operational and product-related issues.
2. Write yield reports and develop corrective actions.
3. Support the wider team with other responsibilities when needed.
The candidate:
1. Degree or experience within electronic/electrical, materials engineering, or Physics.
2. Experience analyzing manufacturing data and reporting trends, monitoring yield issues, and leading yield improvement initiatives.
