The Role
As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to manage and grow a high-quality caseload, handling a broad spectrum of commercial property matters. Working alongside some of the most experienced lawyers in the region, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to:

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of commercial property matters, including purchases, sales, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects.
* Providing clear, practical, and commercial advice to clients in sectors including retail, industrial, and development.
* Working closely with colleagues across the firm to support clients' broader business needs.
* Building and nurturing client relationships to promote the firm’s commercial property practice.
* Contributing to the firm’s business development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property law.
* Proven track record of handling commercial property transactions and client advisement.
* Strong client-facing skills, with a proactive and commercially focused approach to client service.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A team-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently.
