Administrator – (Block Property Management Team) Location: North West London (Edgware, HA8) Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (commensurate with experience) Job Type: Full-time About the Role: An award-winning Estate Agency in Edgware, North West London is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to support their Block Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and professional company where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the business. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide essential support to the Block Manager and wider team to ensure seamless daily operations. Contractor Coordination: Liaise with contractors, property managers, assistant property managers, and finance staff to maintain efficiency. Software & Systems: Update MRI and other property management software systems to ensure accuracy in records and transactions. Financial Administration: Manage team finances, calculate commissions, and process invoices for VAT purposes. Bill contractors using MRI software and process contractor and staff payments. Assist with banking, financial reporting, and meeting financial targets. Meetings & Scheduling: Organise daily contractor meetings, set agendas, and ensure follow-ups. Provide team support to enhance efficiency. Legal & Compliance: Handle Companies House filings, including account updates, confirmation statements, and corporation tax returns. Work closely with bookkeepers and accountants to ensure compliance and accurate reporting. Insurance & Liaison: Arrange and liaise with insurance companies to manage policies and claims effectively. General Office Duties: Perform various administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly. Skills & Experience Required: Strong administrative experience, ideally within property, finance, or a professional services environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management software (such as MRI) is desirable. Experience handling financial tasks, invoicing, and commission calculations. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and accuracy when handling financial data and compliance tasks. What’s in It for You?
