Our client, a well-established company with over 40 years of success in the industry, is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their team as a Customer Support Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and coordinating service schedules. Experience is not essential, as full training is provided!
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service when communicating with clients.
* Record and manage customer interactions and service requests.
* Coordinate and schedule service visits, ensuring optimal efficiency.
* Liaise between clients, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth operations.
* Manage emails and support tickets professionally and promptly.
* Maintain high standards of care and professionalism in all client interactions.
* Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as required.
Job Requirements:
* Competent with basic computer skills
* Excellent communication abilities
* Ability to manage tasks and prioritise effectively
