Role Overview:
As a Sales Progressor, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and timely property transactions from offer acceptance through to completion. This position requires exceptional communication and organisational skills, as you will be the key point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisors. Your focus will be on keeping all parties informed, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and pushing each transaction towards completion in an efficient manner. You will also work alongside the Head of Sales Progression to ensure that company procedures are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of property sales from offer acceptance to completion.
* Act as the primary liaison for buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other third parties.
* Monitor and progress each transaction, proactively addressing any issues that could delay the sale.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on all sales progression activities and regularly update clients.
* Provide support and guidance to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of each step in the sales process.
About You:
* Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales progression, conveyancing, property sales, or a related field.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of the property sales process, legal requirements, and potential challenges in sales progression.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Organisation: Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail.
* Problem-Solving: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
* IT Literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)

Salary £25,000-£30,000 Per Annum OTE
