Your expertise in HV Electrical Engineering processes and leadership will drive the success of both current and future projects. As Project Manager in our client’s power division, you'll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the business’s Electric Vehicle Charging portfolio by managing and controlling three key aspects. Project Delivery Create detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Lead teams to execute tasks according to the plan. Track project timelines and take corrective actions as needed. Partnerships Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Act as the control entity between project managers and delivery teams. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate project deliverables. Provide guidance to project managers to ensure collaboration and quality. Quality & Risk Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery. Implement contingency plans where needed. Ensure project management standards and methodologies are followed. Monitor project budgets and ensure financial goals are met. Collaborate with resource managers to allocate and optimize resources. Additional overview Knowledge of EV Charging systems and installation processes is preferred Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management tools. Accustomed to regular travel across the UK. Active experience with DNO/ IDNO or ICP partners. Relevant Project Management qualifications; degree or equivalent. 3-6 years in project management, preferably in EV, HV electrical installations, or utilities Proven success in managing complex projects.
