Co-Ordinator (part time)
Corsham Building Plastics is a family run business, originally formed in 1986 and we remain leaders in our specialist field today. We supply and install double and triple glazing solutions for homes throughout Wiltshire and the surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Customer Service and Aftersales Co-Ordinator to join our busy, fast-paced, customer-focused team.
Role and Duties:
1. Communicating effectively with suppliers and logistics teams.
2. Ordering and chasing products and stock for pending jobs.
3. Negotiating delivery dates to aid a faster and more efficient ‘fit’ time.
4. Chasing additional parts from initial ‘fit’ or aftercare service calls.
5. Liaising with suppliers to organise site visits.
6. Actioning all incoming enquiries from customers via email and telephone – booking in Surveys for new customers and Service Calls for existing customers.
7. Diary management for Service Engineer team.
8. Ownership of post ‘fit’ aftercare – liaising with customers to ensure they are happy with their final product and working closely with the director to rectify any issues or further work needed.
9. Analysing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
10. Effectively communicating with the accounts department to help end of sale run smoothly.
11. Miscellaneous office duties such as filing and organising collection of classified waste.
Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate will have previous administration and customer service experience within a busy dynamic office environment.
2. Ability to work to conflicting deadlines and manage and prioritise their own workload effectively.
3. Ability to deliver a high level of customer service at all times.
4. A working understanding of Microsoft Suite.
5. A positive outlook toward achieving customer satisfaction.
This is a part-time position – working hours are 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

Pay: £14,000.00 - £15,000.00 per year
