You’ll Be Responsible For:
*
Leading and managing all activities related to the frame package (RC or steel) and external works
*
Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, logistics, and health & safety
*
Ensuring programme delivery is met without compromising quality
*
Reporting into a Senior Project Manager and contributing to wider site planning
Ideal Background:
*
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale new builds (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
*
Strong knowledge of RC/steel frame construction and external works (e.g. hard landscaping, drainage, utilities)
*
Able to lead from the front, drive teams, and problem-solve under pressure
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid
