My client is looking to support the Principal's Executive Assistant and the CIO of a family investment company.
In the role you will provide administrative support across a full array of areas to your direct reports.
These duties may include:-
* Answer and direct calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
* Arrange travel and book accommodation, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
* Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organisation.
* Prepare memos, letters, invoices, statements, and other documents as needed.
* Maintain and monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Personal Assistant who possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Skills required include:-
* Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
In return the will pay a competitive salary of £35-39k DOE plus benefits.
