In this role, you will drive the growth of our software solutions, leading your team to consistently exceed ambitious sales targets across the Primary School market. Location: Hybrid with 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home - Sheffield Salary: Up to £65,000 £40,000 commission Type: Full-time, Permanent Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales professionals to achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies, utilizing white space analysis and value-based selling to maximize revenue. Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent, while managing performance to ensure team success. Provide accurate sales forecasting, maintain CRM accuracy, and align closely with marketing for lead generation. What We’re Looking For: Extensive experience in sales management within a SaaS environment, with a strong history of driving new business. Proven ability to develop and refine productivity metrics and KPIs to ensure optimal sales results. Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing performance. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and leading product demonstrations.
