Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Chichester
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Holiday
Our client, a regional main contractor based on the South Coast, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver a new £15 million scheme.

This £15 million project involves a mixture of demolition to the existing structures, a complex internal package, and extensive external packages, including cladding and window replacements. The work is set to commence in the next month with a program over 54 weeks
This client is looking to interview candidates as soon as possible, with a start date in quarter four
Role Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership: Take charge of the project from conception to completion, overseeing all aspects of construction activities, budget management, scheduling, and quality control.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure project objectives are met and expectations are exceeded.
3. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the safety of personnel and adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
4. Team Management: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and safety on the construction site.
Requirements:
5. Proven experience managing commercial project either in new build or refurbishment
6. Has NEC or JCT form of contract experience
7. Able to program full scopes of works
8. Experience with both external and internal packages.
9. Strong leadership and communication skills to keep teams motivated.
10. Ability to solve problems effectively when challenges arise.
11. A strong commitment to quality and safety standards.
12. Relevant certifications and qualifications (CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, etc.).
