Senior Support Worker
Location: Lowton, Cheshire WA3 2RB | Salary: £22,214 per annum | Hours: 32 per week (Permanent)
The Role

We are looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at Ashwood Court Residential in Lowton. Youll play a key role in leading a small team and delivering high-quality, person-centred support to adults living with learning disabilities, dementia, mental health conditions and physical health needs.
Youll ensure care is provided in line with support plans, administer medication, and oversee the wellbeing of the people we support. Youll also support daily living and help individuals engage with their communities. As part of this role, youll work on a 6-week rolling rota and participate in sleep-in shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide Support Workers to ensure quality service delivery
Support residents with personal care, medication, and daily tasks
Encourage social inclusion and community access
Maintain care records in line with policies
Promote a safe, supportive, and engaging environment
Take an active role in care planning and reviews

The Person
Prior experience as a Support Worker is essential
Confident in supervising a team and delegating tasks
Empathetic, reliable, and aligned with our values
Comfortable working on a rota, including sleep-ins
