* Design Development: Lead the design development process, ensuring architectural integrity and compliance with project requirements.
* Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
* Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
* Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
* Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
* MCIAT (Preferred)
* Minimum 5 years Post Qualification industry experience
* Trained in the use of AutoCAD and Revit within a professional environment with a good understanding of BIM.
