Job Description
* Manage leases, acquisitions, disposals, and business rates across the estate.
* Oversee the legal aspects of property management, working closely with solicitors and surveyors.
* Supervise and support a junior team member while liaising with senior stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial requirements within the estate portfolio.
* Develop and implement strategies for the efficient use and future planning of assets.
The Successful Applicant
* Experienced in estate and asset management, with knowledge of leases, acquisitions, and disposals.
* Strong legal and financial understanding related to property management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, working across various teams.
* Ability to work independently while mentoring and managing a junior team member.
* Chartered or working towards a professional qualification in estates or property management.
